Dr. Matthias Kestler

Dr. Matthias Kestler (RA, Dipl.-Kfm., Dipl.-Vwt., FAStR) is Consultant of Rat.Haus Personnel Consulting Ltd.
Between 1992 and 1996 he headed a highly successful legal tutoring facility
in Göttingen and Hamburg. Starting in 1996, he worked at the interdisciplinary
law offices of Haarmann, Hemmelrath & Partner (StB exam in 2000) and later
at the major international law firm Jones Day (both in Frankfurt) in the fields of
international mergers and acquisitions, tax restructuring, reorganization and
private equity, among others.
He began his entrepreneurial career as the head of law, taxation, and
mergers and acquisitions at ACG AG in Wiesbaden. Rickert & Fulghum
GmbH arranged a new position for him at ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG in
Munich beginning in July 2004, where he worked as General Counsel until the
purchase by new investors in late 2006.
