Our search process is clearly defined:
After confirming any possible “no-touch targets” with the client, we research
potentially suitable target persons by discreetly gathering information and
references from the marketplace. We look at target persons not only from
within the established management elite, but also the next generation of
senior personnel. In the next step, we contact these persons and explore their prospective willingness to change jobs.
It is only with a face-to-face meeting that we reveal the identity of our client,
and judge whether – beyond fulfilling all objective qualifications – the
candidate also has the potential for fitting into our client’s corporate culture.
From this pre-selection, only the best will be suggested for a personal meeting
with the client. Our goal is to present an outstanding selection of top-level
candidates within a few weeks, from which our client can make a final choice.
