Katrin Preisenhammer

Katrin Preisenhammer (Dipl.-Betriebswirtin FH) has managed the area of
executive research at Rat.Haus Personnel Consulting Ltd in Grünwald since
late 2007. In addition, she has been a lecturer and instructor on the subject of
direct search at the Bundesverband Deutscher Unternehmensberater BDU
e.V. since 2005.
From 2005 until 2007, she was self-employed in the field of direct search,
successfully collaborating with well-known personnel consulting agencies
(including Rat.Haus Personnel Consulting Ltd) all across Germany, in the
search and selection process of acquiring specialists and senior personnel.
Before that, she worked for twelve years at one of the top-ten personnel
consulting companies worldwide, where she was a team leader in the area
of research, successfully instructing and training many researchers.
